Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us! Rest assured that we do not sell or share your information with third parties and we are PCI Compliant. We may employ outside companies to perform functions on our behalf such as delivering orders, sending emails and processing credit card payments. However, they have access to only the personal information required to perform their duties.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

DELIVERY / PICK UP POLICY

 

We offer pick up BY APPOINTMENT only at our studio in Oro-Medonte and local delivery made by us personally, not by courier service.  

If you are sending a gift, we require the phone number of the recipient so we may call to coordinate a suitable delivery time for them.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not deliver without confirmation from the recipient that someone will be available to receive the delivery.

All orders are custom made, therefore same day delivery is not available at this time.

Minimum of 24 hours notice needed for gift baskets.  If ordering multiple, we require up to 5 business days, and large corporate or customized orders require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time.  

 

Subscriptions are currently available for pick up or delivery on either the last Friday or Saturday of each month, as we hand select the freshest blooms to create your bouquets, so you or your loved one receive only the freshest possible flowers. We do not keep flowers on hand, as this could lead to less than fresh flowers for you!

DELIVERY POLICY - MULTIPLE & BULK ORDERS

If a customer places multiple gift basket orders through the website (whether for the same location or different locations), delivery charges shown at checkout are calculated for one basket only by default.

 

All such orders are subject to review by our team.

 

For multiple or bulk orders, customers may be required to place separate orders or proceed through our corporate/bulk ordering process. Our customer service team will reach out to you directly to confirm delivery details, locations, and applicable delivery charges based on the number of baskets.

 

Additional delivery charges may apply depending on order size and delivery requirements. We will contact the customer if there are any additional charges needed.

FOOD SAFETY

Please note that food items may be photographed opened up so that you can get a true sense of the product. However, the actual product sent will be individually wrapped to ensure ultimate freshness and to comply with food safety standards.

Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including:

 

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

At Lush Blooms, we take great pride in curating premium-quality gift baskets that delight our customers and recipients. While we make every effort to fulfill each order exactly as described, there may be rare occasions where substitutions are necessary due to product availability, seasonality, or unforeseen supply chain constraints.

 

Our Substitution Policy ensures that all replacements uphold the quality, value, and theme of your selected gift while maintaining a seamless gifting experience.

 

GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

 

Equal or Higher Value

​

Any substituted item will be of equal or greater value than the original product to maintain the overall premium quality of the gift basket.

​

We will never reduce the value of your basket due to substitutions.

​

MAINTAINING THEME & AESTHETIC

​

We carefully select substitutes that align with the original theme, flavor profile, and presentation of the basket.

​

If a specific gourmet item is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar product to preserve the intended experience of the basket.

​

DIETARY & SPECIAL REQUESTS

​

For customers with dietary preferences or restrictions (e.g., kosher, gluten-free, vegan, nut-free), we will only substitute with items that adhere to those requirements.

​

If an appropriate substitute is unavailable, we will reach out to discuss alternatives or provide a store credit option.

​

PERISHABLE & SEASONAL PRODUCTS

​

If a fresh or seasonal product is unavailable (e.g., fruits, chocolates, gourmet cheeses), we will replace it with the best available alternative that ensures freshness and quality.

​

Seasonal variations may occur in specialty gift baskets, especially during peak holiday periods.

​

Balloons, Decorative Elements & Packaging

​

If a specific balloon, ribbon, wrapping, or decorative item is unavailable, we will select the closest possible alternative while ensuring that the overall presentation remains elegant and visually appealing.

​

LIMITED COMMUNICATION FOR MINOR SUBSTITUTIONS

​

Minor substitutions, such as a different brand of a similar product, may be made without prior notice to prevent order delays.

​

RECIPIENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

​

If the recipient is dissatisfied with the substituted items, they may contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

​

We will assess the issue and work towards a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

​

Please note: We do not issue refunds.

 

Floral Subscriptions are created individually by the designer with the freshest hand chosen blooms available at the time and season.  Photos shown on website will not be replicated, they are shown as an example only.  No two will ever be the same.  Each bouquet will be a unique creation in Lush Blooms' Signature style (Lush, gardeny and elevated)  No generic assembly line arrangements here!

 

WEDDINGS

 

Areas we service are Simcoe County and Muskoka.

 

Please fill out form on website for all wedding inquiries and we will get back to you promptly to confirm if your date is available, and next steps.

 

We offer studio pick up or delivery drop off (to one location - no set up) for packaged weddings.  Once we have the details of your wedding confirmed, we can let you know what the delivery cost will be. (Dependent on location and size of vehicle required to transport your flowers).

We offer set up for fully customized weddings/events.
